More Things Chinese from Kedou

Hi hi everyone

I know that many of you have been checking for more Tang of Poetry podcasts - thanks very much from this little bear :). I tried very hard to practise my Mandarin you know, so Meme sent me to playschool. So at last I can tell you my secret - a new videocast series about Chinese Idioms to share what I've learnt with you. Plus some suggestions on how these idioms can be used in every day speech, though hor, Meme and Fefe chuckle at me when I do that, you know... :)

Celebrate Yuanxiao with Kedou

Hiya everyone

All too soon, the Lunar New Year is about halfway through. Next week, it's time to spend yuanxiao with your special friends. It's like an extended Valentine's Day (Chinese-style) - such a nice way to end the Lunar New Year hor?

Speaking of which... Fefe's down with a bit of a cold, so we haven't eaten helado since the Lunar New Year started - I who have nothing! But never mind, I'm sure I will have some soon. I shall use my Calendar Boy poster to count the days - be sure to pick up your copy for March, okie?

Lots to celebrate with Kedou!

Hiya everyone

I love the month of February you know, especially this year! That's because hor, in 6 days, it's time to send some chocolates, flowers and kisses to Meme for Valentine's Day. Right after that, it's her birthday, then it's the Lunar New Year! Isn't that nice? Lots of kisses will be received, helado will be eaten and little bears will be very, very happy!

I hope you'll be happy too - happiness is for sharing with everyone, okie?
